Murder Most Florid

By Mark Spencer

This lecture explores mundane plants such as brambles and nettles and shows how they can be used to provide valuable insights into when a crime was committed. Landscape history and land use helps an investigator to discriminate between a clandestine burial and a medieval feature in woodland. Many stunning slides of images of the natural world accompany this lecture which even looks at natural evidence surrounding the disappearance of Charles Lindbergh’s infant son.
