Membership application and renewal

New members

Existing Members will be contacted by email inviting them to renew. They do not have to complete the online form.

New members may now apply to join the Society for the 2026-27 season by clicking the button at the bottom right of this page and completing the online application form. Alternatively they may join at a lecture.

Please read the ‘Come and Join letter’ from the membership secretary and then complete the online form by clicking the link below.

Please consider ticking the Gift Aid box if applicable. This allows us to reclaim tax paid by you on your subscription amount - there is no additional cost to you. By ticking the Gift Aid box you agree to allow STRADFAS to submit your details to HMRC for our Gift Aid claim. Please ensure that you give you full name and postal address with postcode as known to HMRC on your application. If you wish to be known to STRADFAS by a name different from the full name given to HMRC, please say so in the "Comments" box.

Payment is possible by bank card, BACS or cheque. For any further queries about membership please contact membership@stradfas.org.uk

Visitors are welcome to attend the monthly lectures. They will be invited to make a donation of £12.

Existing members

Existing members not paying by Direct Debit may renew their membership by using one of the payment methods shown on the New Applications page. They do not need to complete the New Members application form we will identify them from their payment details.

Gift Aid

If you are able to Gift Aid your membership subscription, please complete the Gift Aid form.  The Society retains the forms until you advise us that you no longer wish or are ineligible to subscribe.
